We will give you a Return Authorization number and instructions on shipment. Returns without a Return Authorization number may be refused or charged a 10% restocking fee. We apologize, but we cannot pay for return shipping costs, except for defective products and all returns must be insured for the purchase amount. Be certain to clearly write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box. For warranty repair or replacement, call 1-877-836-2800 during office hours for a Return Authorization number and instructions for shipment.
